What the Lawsuit Says Amwell Did With Booking Data

The plaintiff, Virginia Polk, claims Amwell disclosed customers’ medical information and confidential communications to third parties without permission. The complaint cites the federal Wiretap Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, the California Constitution, and common law.
