What Data Was Exposed?

How Much Can You Receive?

The settlement offers two cash payment options — plus free credit monitoring for all eligible class members.

Cash Payment A — Documented Out-of-Pocket Losses (Up to $3,000)

 Class members who experienced financial losses directly tied to the breach can claim reimbursement up to $3,000. Eligible expenses include bank fees, credit monitoring costs, costs of credit freezes, and similar out-of-pocket expenses. You must submit supporting documentation such as receipts or bank statements.

Lost Time Reimbursement (Up to $60 additional)

 If you spent time dealing with issues caused by the breach, you can claim $20 per hour for up to three hours — a maximum of $60 on top of any documented losses.

Cash Payment B — No-Proof Flat Payment (~$50) 

Class members who do not have documented losses can still claim an estimated $50 cash payment with no supporting documentation required. The final amount may increase or decrease depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.

Free Credit Monitoring (2 Years — All Class Members) 

All eligible class members can elect to receive two years of one-bureau credit monitoring, which includes up to $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance coverage at no cost.
